Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at OdorZX Inc. as an integral part of our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and daily/weekly reports. Additionally, they will identify and document vehicle conditions while promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement processes and standards to maximize productivity and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  • Work independently and within a team environment to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, P&L, and overall efficiency.
  • Drive team member engagement, productivity, and accountability.
  • Create and execute procedures to maintain stability and maximum output of productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, detailer, or other related fields is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office or similar experience is required.
  • Manager experience is required.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning equipment is necessary.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner is essential.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with a strong focus on professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
