Key Responsibilities

  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong familiarity with legal regulations and best practices in the healthcare sector.
  • Commitment to staying informed about evolving standards in nursing administration.
  • Exceptional leadership and personnel development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Degree in nursing; a Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is advantageous.
  • Current nursing and CPR certifications.
