- Strong familiarity with legal regulations and best practices in the healthcare sector.
- Commitment to staying informed about evolving standards in nursing administration.
- Exceptional leadership and personnel development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Degree in nursing; a Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is advantageous.
- Current nursing and CPR certifications.
