Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive operational efficiency across all processes, enhance machinery performance, and lead maintenance projects within our service center. This position is vital for upholding safety standards and assisting the General Manager with equipment evaluations and capital expenditure initiatives.

Primary Duties: As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Organizing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime while ensuring safety compliance.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting malfunctioning systems and providing technical assistance.
  • Overseeing and managing the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) system.
  • Implementing capital expenditure projects within set budgets and timelines.
  • Leading and mentoring maintenance staff.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Training and developing maintenance team members.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems (experience in automation is a plus).
  • A background in resolving complex integration system issues.
  • A proven track record in process development and operational effectiveness.
  • The capability to create and oversee project plans with financial accountability.
  • Documented OSHA safety training and/or certification (preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural, or distribution environment.
  • Experience in high-volume 24/7 production or warehouse settings.
  • Experience in managing safety programs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and schedules.
