Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure the restaurant is operated in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- At least one year of restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or military experience a plus.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
