Your Responsibilities:


As the Landscape Client Relations Manager, you will strategize, oversee, and implement daily operations that guarantee client satisfaction and ongoing project engagement for the benefit of both the client and the organization.



Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the daily requirements of clients as the primary contact to ensure top-notch service.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through consistent communication and site visits.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop continuous landscaping strategies that reflect their vision and financial parameters.
  • Establishing project scopes and budgets that align with client expectations and internal financial goals.
  • Coordinating project activities and timelines with Operations to ensure precise, complete, and timely execution.
  • Supervising the Operations Manager and Chemical Manager in identifying client needs while providing service and leadership support.
  • Conducting regular site evaluations to assess project advancement and workmanship quality.
  • Addressing client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Delivering consistent updates to clients regarding project progress, milestones, and upcoming tasks.
  • Reviewing and enforcing standards related to regulations and environmental compliance.

Position Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Account Management within the landscaping or service sector; ability to engage new clients to expand business is advantageous.
  • Certifications: Not applicable.
  • Functional Skills: Proficient in planning, analysis, prioritization, and execution. Quick to respond to client needs to retain and grow business. Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills; adept at multitasking while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced proficiency in technology; skilled in Microsoft Office applications; advanced knowledge of CRM systems and databases.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; capable of presenting to diverse audiences and interacting effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong customer focus and leadership capabilities, self-motivated, goal-oriented; urgency in delivering superior service levels; ability to collaborate and influence others; capacity to lead and mentor team members; capable of working independently and within teams.

Additional Information:


Compensation: Estimated between $60,000 - $75,000 based on demonstrated expertise.

  • Compensation will increase as the business expands.

Reports To: General Manager


Core Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm


Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; averaging 50 hours per week


Direct Reports: Operations Manager and Chemical Operations Manager


Travel Requirements: 60% travel (visiting client locations as necessary; day travel, returning home at night)


Work Environment: Primarily field-based visiting clients, with additional time spent in an office setting with moderate noise; suitable Personal Protective Equipment may be required during client visits.
