  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and billing.

  • Enter account information into our billing system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Participate in ongoing training to increase skill level and productivity.
  • Maintain and sustain all Sparklight CSR performance expectations as related to Quality Assurance, CSR scorecard metrics, attendance, and one-call resolution goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, phones, computers, etc.).
  • Ability to handle money efficiently and accurately.
