Compliance Administrative Assistant

A leading investment firm is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Admin to support a small team of executives on the Compliance team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in compliance work and growth is available down the line.

Location: Greenwich, CT in the office 3-5 days/week with flexibility required for coverage as needed.

Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm, flexibility for overtime as needed.

Salary commensurate with experience: $80-100k base + paid OT (5-10 hours a week on avg, will add up) + bonus + excellent benefits package

Experience Desired:

  • 2-5 years of experience, ideally seeking some legal/compliance team support, experience working at a law firm or process experience
  • A strong interest and curiosity in compliance
  • Seeking someone who can juggle priorities and tasks with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, and great communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management for executives on the compliance team as well as managing compliance calendars – setting up employee reminders, etc.
  • Light travel arrangements if needed and expense reports
  • Processing legal billings and invoices
  • Working very closely with attorneys
  • Processing legal documents and contracts and process work
  • Working across various platforms, keeping the team on track, and following compliance requirements
