Regional Sales Manager

University Frames, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Diploma Frame Division in the West Coast and other underserved territories across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with universities, colleges, alumni associations, and other institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in the collegiate industry is a plus, with knowledge of selling products to bookstores and navigating this market.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and participate in events such as GradFest and Graduation ceremonies.
