**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, manage store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide expert product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new employees, implement new policies, and participate in technology training.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure store appearance meets company standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements: Two or more years of sales lead experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, familiarity with technology, and ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
