Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive expansion in the public sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading National Account Managers to achieve sales revenue growth and meet profitability targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share in designated regions.
  • Manage, train, and advise assigned team members to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective product presentation.
  • Analyze sales records and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and projections on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Seven or more years of direct selling experience, including at least three years in a management role.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of collaboration technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $175,000, based on education, experience, and location. Additional benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) plan, and paid parental leave.
