Elevate Your Career as a Global Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in the United States and Canada. As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our client base in these regions.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary objective will be to develop and implement growth-oriented sales penetration strategies in various vertical sectors. This includes:
- Penetrate Multi National Company (MNC) accounts to increase market share in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve MNC customer loyalty and existing business expansion.
- Oversee revenue growth of all freight forwarding products, with budget accountability.
- Leverage internal collaborative efforts by supporting and sharing best practices in client reviews, strategic business plans, value-add programs, process improvements, RFQ/RFI management.
- Work closely with the digital marketing department to create successful digital campaigns aligned with strategic growth direction.
We expect you to have extensive knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, specifically Air Freight and Ocean Freight. Familiarity with Transpacific Eastbound and Westbound traffic is also essential.
