Position Overview

Woven Care is in search of a dedicated Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional therapy services to pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Case Management: Conduct case management activities that align with departmental quality assurance and improvement standards.
  • Patient Care: Perform diagnostic evaluations adhering to contemporary, evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology while integrating cultural competence and family-centered care principles.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver therapy services consistent with current evidence-based methodologies in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license from the State of Colorado.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching. Precise motor function with both hands is essential, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
