Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $191,000 per year, with flexible compensation models including salaried and pay-per-visit options. Additionally, we provide:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families, physicians, and educational institutions to ensure optimal care for our patients.
  • Case Management: Conduct case management activities in line with quality assurance standards.
  • Patient Care: Perform diagnostic evaluations based on evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Evidence-Based Care: Deliver services adhering to contemporary standards in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Licensure: Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods and engage in standing or walking for several hours daily. Physical tasks may include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
