About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Woven Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Case Management: Conduct thorough case management activities to ensure quality assurance and quality improvement standards are met.
  • Patient Care: Provide diagnostic evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address speech and language disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Evidence-Based Care: Stay up-to-date with contemporary best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate principles of cultural competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification: BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
