Clinical Nurse Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry Unit.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience in Telemetry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
