The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare, supporting web-based applications and providing EMR support. CompTIA certification is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Support
  • Hardware support for PC computers, docking stations, laptops, speakers, headsets, webcams, dictation microphones, etc.
  • Telecommunications and telehealth support (Technolink, Cisco, Webex, Teladoc)
  • Utilization of web-based applications (Dragon, Webex, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ticketing systems (Service Central)
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree, preferred
  • Previous Healthcare or medical experience
  • Ability to think critically and provide viable solutions and possess effective communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be a self-starter that is a fast learner
