Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Spencer Thomas Group. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the UKG Workforce Dimensions/ADP Workforce Manager and Payroll solutions to achieve all STG KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least three years of project management experience. A PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred, as well as experience with ADP WorkforceManager, UKG Dimensions, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness, and budgets
  • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Direct project timeliness and budgets
  • Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
  • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Work on projects of high complexity

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
