Position Summary
PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Resiliency organization, you will be responsible for executing the assessment and risk rating of our Business Resiliency Third Party program, identifying risks and opportunities for contractual enhancement where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the continuity of our business operations.
• Lead the evaluation, update, review, and approval of policies and procedures supporting the Third Party Business Resiliency program, which includes Technology Resilience, Operational Resilience, and traditional Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Provide resiliency/continuity risk expertise while working with the Enterprise Third Party Management (ETPM), Lines of Businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, or a related field).
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Third Party Assessments
• Business Continuity (Resiliency) and/or Disaster Recovery First and/or Second Line of Defense experience
• Banking or other FI related experience
• Technology background preferred.
• DRI Certification (CBCP) desired
