Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Hybrid Systems SC operations, driving end-to-end supply chain strategy and excellence. This role will be responsible for managing large teams and organizations, with a focus on new product introductions, product refreshes, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective new product introductions and product refreshes
  • Manage risks, regulatory readiness, and transition management for commercial PC product lines
  • Partner with the Global Business Unit (GBU) to develop supply chain strategy and influence business decisions
  • Act as the single supply chain point of contact for the GBU, keeping them informed on end-to-end supply chain initiatives and facilitating operational trade-offs
Requirements
  • Four-year university degree or equivalent experience, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain or related functions, with significant experience in NPI and supply chain operations
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and organizations, with a focus on supply chain excellence
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
