Plumbing Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our team at Davis & Green, Inc. and drive the growth of our plumbing department.
This role involves performing service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments, as well as new construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality service work on plumbing systems, including minor and complex repairs.
- Work in various settings, including commercial and residential environments, and new construction projects.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with residential and new construction plumbing systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
