The Laurels of Bon Air is seeking a skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job DescriptionThis is a key leadership role that oversees the planning, coordination, and management of nursing care services. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care delivered to residents
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Participate in budget planning and management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall resident care and satisfaction
- RN license in good standing
- Director of Nursing or equivalent experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
