Business Relationship Executive Calgary

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Account Manager in Calgary. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation and relationship management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Focusing on sales to End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout Alberta.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Customer Insights: Proactively assessing, clarifying, and addressing customer needs continuously.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Terms Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale within authorized limits.
- Client Meetings: Meeting with new and existing clients to expand business relationships.
- Industry Awareness: Staying updated on current products, features, industry trends, and company standards.
- Feedback: Providing market feedback to improve products and services.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer performance-based incentives and access to professional development and growth opportunities, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
