This role reports to the FVP, Client Relations, and is responsible for managing client relationships across assigned investors. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a deep understanding of complex client portfolios, aligning with portfolio strategies to meet client needs.
  • Delivering timely and accurate communication to key stakeholders, ensuring consistency of messaging and client satisfaction.
  • Partnering with the Account Management Team to ensure client deliverables are met, including service levels, performance expectations, and execution of client-specific strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly client reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations, analyzing past performance and recommending improvements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Statement of Work (SOW) documents to communicate services, required activities, and compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED).
  • 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing, with 3+ years in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership and influencing skills to effectively navigate cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include competitive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
