As a Front Desk Agent with Sage Hospitality Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage cash transactions, handle guest accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information and services to guests, including room assignments, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Fluency in oral and written English required.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures necessary.
