Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Ohia Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, HI. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, process check-ins, and verify reservations
  • Communicate hotel services and amenities to guests
  • Maintain accurate guest history files and room availability
  • Handle VIP and upgraded accommodations, as well as overbooked or "walked" guests
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Meet with Front Office Manager/Supervisor daily to review assignments and priorities
Requirements
  • 1+ year of previous Front Desk experience in a related position
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
