About the Role

Williams Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a critical role in examining budget estimates, analyzing financial data, and providing expert recommendations to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Budget Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive budgets.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED and minimum of four (4) years' related experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
