Esta posición está en Pittsburgh, PA apoyando al equipo de Finanzas del Grupo de Canales de Clientes (CCG).

Cómo impactarás:

El Analista Financiero III proporciona soporte analítico, de informes y estratégico al equipo de Gestión de Cartera. Obtendrán exposición a la alta dirección y experiencia con relaciones con proveedores y desarrollo de estrategias. Se convertirán en un miembro integral del equipo y ayudarán a tomar decisiones comerciales estratégicas y a impulsar la rentabilidad adicional para la empresa. Esta posición ofrece una oportunidad única para un emprendedor motivado para demostrar su capacidad de contribuir al Grupo de Canales de Clientes.

Lo que harás:
  • Completar previsiones anuales y trimestrales para métricas financieras con orientación mínima de la dirección, y presentar las previsiones a los líderes comerciales.
  • Liderar las actividades de pronóstico y fin de mes para el proceso de Expansión de la Cartera de Gestión de la Cartera.
  • Desarrollar, seguir, informar y analizar métricas financieras clave para el equipo de Seguridad de la Gestión de Cartera, incluidas las tasas de crecimiento de proveedores, expansión de cartera y descuentos de proveedores.
  • Comunicar riesgos y oportunidades a los resultados esperados y desarrollar planes de contingencia para cumplir con los compromisos financieros.
  • Proporcionar soporte analítico (proformas, análisis de márgenes, análisis de categorías) para impulsar decisiones empresariales. Comprender los impulsores de rentabilidad, desafiar las suposiciones comerciales actuales para formular y recomendar oportunidades de mejoras financieras y participar en su implementación.
  • Liderar actividades con socios comerciales clave con miembros clave del equipo operativo ayudándolos a comprender los impulsores clave y proporcionando información empresarial a través del análisis detallado.
  • Roles de liderazgo en iniciativas del departamento desde el desarrollo hasta la implementación de soluciones.

Cómo llegarás aquí:

Educación
  • Grado de Licenciatura en contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía u otro campo relevante.
Experiencia
  • 5+ años de experiencia laboral previa.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en Excel.
  • Historial comprobado de impulsar mejoras continuas.
  • Curiosidad e iniciativa para descubrir las causas fundamentales de los problemas.
