Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Three (3+) or more years of industry or closely related experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: PA Dept of Agriculture Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Forestry, Environmental Science, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience: Electric utility background and experience with ESRI software (ArcGIS 9.x or higher).
  • Certifications: International Society of Arboriculture Utility Specialist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.

Scope and Decision Impact

This role will have a primary focus on daily deliverables, outputs, and reporting. The incumbent will be accountable for managing their own time and work flow, using prescribed guidelines to analyze situations and solve problems.

Work Location and Storm Roles

The position will work in the office or in the field, with reporting location and frequency subject to change based on job role and department needs. All Non-Union Employees will serve in storm roles as appropriate to their role and skillset.

Physical Requirements

The incumbent must be able to operate Company or personal vehicles on an extended daily basis, safely walk rights-of-way, and traverse difficult terrain under all weather conditions.
