Overview

Barton Associates Careers is seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the healthcare industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our account executives to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Building relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Identifying and attracting top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Working closely with account executives to develop and implement recruitment strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
