Job Overview

MGA Homecare is a leading provider of private duty nursing, personal care services, and therapy to the medically complex population. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our Austin team. This is a sales operations role, not an HR position. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will have the rewarding responsibility of finding qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and internet/email prospecting
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Perform full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field
  • Utilize major job boards, social media, referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
  • Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
  • High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Sales, recruiting, and healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
