Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Administrative Coordinator to join our client, a non-profit organization. The position involves significant travel, approximately 75% of the time, to engage with various community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite evaluations of meal services at least three times a year for affiliated organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with food storage, preparation, and serving standards during evaluations.
  • Maintain high sanitation and safety standards while performing assessments.
  • Stay updated on current regulations through regular training and meetings.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on findings from site visits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in home visiting care models, such as HeadStart or VNA, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
