Account Solutions Manager

Military Resale Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Solutions Manager to join our team. As an Account Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to meet customer needs.
We cover 100% of the military channels in 13 countries, 16 time zones, and all 7 military retailers. Our full-service sales and marketing agency is designed around the military resale system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Interface with current and prospective clients on various projects, including brand building plans, sales and marketing initiatives, and business reviews.
- Prepare the Sales and Marketing Team for customer meetings, including developing PowerPoint presentations, accumulating data, conducting analyses, and developing travel itineraries.
- Assist the Chief Sales Officers with compiling reporting tools and conducting analyses, as well as participating in preparing for internal and external meetings.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop analytical tools, such as sales dashboards.
- Stay informed on company projects, product information, and special events, and collaborate with others to execute initiatives.
- Ad hoc sales reporting for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the military resale system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, or other presentation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
