Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Manager of Wraparound Support Services to oversee and direct all client support initiatives within our Financial Opportunity Center.

The Manager of Wraparound Support Services will be instrumental in ensuring the effective provision of holistic support services, addressing the varied needs of our clients, and guiding them on their path to self-sufficiency. This role reports directly to the Director of Workforce Innovation & Solutions and is essential in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our organization while effectively managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to a team of support specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and client-focused service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and assist staff in implementing best practices, case management protocols, and achieving program objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive support services to clients, which may include housing assistance, healthcare access, childcare support, transportation solutions, and financial counseling.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, develop personalized service plans, and ensure timely and culturally sensitive service delivery.
  • Monitor client progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust service plans as needed to optimize client success and independence.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, government entities, and other stakeholders to enhance support services available to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including workforce development, financial coaching, and employment placement, to ensure integrated support and seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of strategies, policies, and procedures for wraparound support services.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and client feedback to evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, service plans, and program outcomes in accordance with organizational standards and funder requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on program activities, client outcomes, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in case management, social services, or workforce development, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
  • A strong understanding of wraparound support services and social determinants of health.
