The Logistics Operations Supervisor will manage the daily functions within a designated area and is accountable for all facets of Operations and Account Management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions division. This role primarily involves leading direct reports and achieving daily operational objectives within the assigned functional area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing expectations.
  • Overseeing performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • Coordinating daily planning and scheduling activities.
  • Managing Health and Safety protocols.
  • Ensuring compliance with State/Local/Federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field required.
  • At least one (1) year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required; advanced skills preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of the logistics industry is required.
  • Understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is essential.
