**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products

• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork

• Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules

• Communicate effectively with other departments in the company

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor

• Encourage safe work practices in others

• Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance

• Weekly report updates

• Other duties as assigned to the position

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred, no experience is okay, everything will be trained

• Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection

• Strong responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills

**Work Schedule**

Morning shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
