The Front Office Manager is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct reports and ensure they understand employment practices and procedures.
  • Ensure that guests' needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create a best-in-class guest experience by engaging with guests, providing friendly and courteous service, and anticipating their needs.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage labor costs, control expenses, and determine revenue-driving initiatives to meet financial goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend revenue-driving initiatives and monitor revenue performance.
  • Recommend and implement approved changes to improve service and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to serve as Manager on Duty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk or supervisory role.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Preferred 2 years of night audit experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Able to lift 50lbs occasionally and 10lbs regularly.
  • Able to stand or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
