**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pet grooming services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, designing strategies for growth, and maintaining budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the grooming schedule, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality services
  • Communicate effectively with clients and groomers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Design and implement strategies for growth, including market analysis and competitor research
  • Maintain accurate budgets and optimize expenses to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Lead and develop a team of employees, providing training and support to ensure their success
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

**Requirements and Skills**

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the pet care industry
  • Experience in planning and budgeting, with a strong understanding of financial management
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred
