Job Summary:
NETZSCH United States is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Environmental Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share penetration in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical and commercial support to distributors in the Environmental market, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Sales Performance: Sell NETZSCH products and services to meet or exceed region sales revenue plans, established by the Environmental Director and NETZSCH Pumps management.
- Business Development: Identify and develop aftermarket opportunities, including spare parts sales, at waste water treatment plants in the region.
- Strategic Partnerships: Research, analyze, and recommend new sales partners (primary or niche) for the region, when necessary.
- Training and Development: Provide required training to sales partners' staff on products, applications, competition, commercial issues, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Relationship Building: Make joint sales calls with sales partners or service personnel to build relationships with key customers in the region.
- Industry Representation: Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events, providing market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the Environmental market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
