Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Security Lead Service Technician to join our team at Security 101. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and programming enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and troubleshooting commercial security devices, including IP network systems and overall security systems for new construction projects and modifications for existing security systems.
  • Programming and testing enterprise security systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless integration of security systems and effective problem-solving.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of security and service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in servicing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IP network systems and security protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex security issues.
  • Valid driving license and clean MVR required.
  • Current certification in one of the following security systems is a plus: Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, C-Cure 9000, Lenel, Openpath, Exacq, AMAG, and Milestone.
