Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Installation Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the most effective security system design and installation plan.
  • Install and test security system components, including cameras, sensors, and control panels.
  • Configure and program security system software and hardware to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on security systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of security system installations, including system diagrams and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of security system design, installation, and maintenance principles.
  • Proficiency in security system software and hardware, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as NICET or ASIS.
  • Experience with security system design and installation software, such as Autodesk or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of security system integration with other building systems, such as HVAC and lighting.
  • Experience with security system maintenance and repair, including troubleshooting and repair of security system components.
