Our facility is equipped with advanced technology, including ultrasound, digital radiography, dental x-ray, and a fully operational in-house laboratory. We also offer a range of services such as annual wellness exams, anesthesia, dentistry, internal medicine, laser therapy, in-house pharmacy, surgical procedures, urgent care, and acupuncture. Additionally, our sister facility provides rehabilitation services including underwater treadmill therapy, massage therapy, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the welcoming appearance of the reception area.
  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
  • Addressing inquiries and triaging client concerns effectively.
  • Managing phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments to optimize daily operations.
  • Processing client check-ins and check-outs, including payment transactions.
  • Providing compassionate emotional support to clients during challenging times.

It is essential to be prepared for various challenges, including exposure to unpleasant odors, sounds, and potential animal-related incidents.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a veterinary reception role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a calm and compassionate demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in computer systems.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Employment Details:
This position is preferred as full-time, with part-time options available for the right candidate.
