Legal Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the legal industry to drive business growth and develop new market accounts.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing outside sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, and identifying new business opportunities through effective lead generation and account development. Additionally, this role will involve executing daily call plans and sales action plans to drive new business and expand the customer base.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the legal staffing or professional recruiting industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication
The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,000-$70,000 per year, with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure.
