Private Duty Nursing Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to provide private duty nursing care to medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

This is a night shift position, working 10 pm to 7 am, with a competitive hourly rate of $40-45 for LPNs and $45-55 for RNs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other necessary nursing interventions
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
