Medical Assembler Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assembler II to join our team at Three Point Solutions in Redmond, WA. This is a 12-month contract position with an estimated salary range of $15-$23.85 per hour.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with established quality and manufacturing processes. Key duties include:
- Assembling, inspecting, and testing medical devices per manufacturing processes
- Following instructions from Leads and Supervisors on priorities and assignments
- Cross-training on multiple product lines as directed
- Applying LEAN principles to improve metrics
A strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Processes, and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of previous medical device or related assembly experience
- Ability to work in a clean room environment and follow clean room practices and procedures
- Fine motor skills, dexterity, and eye coordination to assemble small parts using both hands
- Proficiency in operating manufacturing and measurement equipment
This is a Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day position with overtime on Fridays and occasional weekends as required. Work in a clean room environment is a must.
