Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
- Obtain vital information from clients, maintain accurate records, and provide updates as needed.
- Manage client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations.
- Process payments, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless client care.
- Develop a rapport with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on veterinary software and technology to provide efficient and effective service.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced, in-person customer service capacity.
- Experience in the veterinary or medical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of clients.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45WPM while maintaining a conversation with a client.
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and balance in-person client interactions.
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently within a larger team dynamic.
- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
