We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialty Client Service Representative to join our team at DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Obtain vital information from clients, maintain accurate records, and provide updates as needed.
  • Manage client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations.
  • Process payments, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless client care.
  • Develop a rapport with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on veterinary software and technology to provide efficient and effective service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced, in-person customer service capacity.
  • Experience in the veterinary or medical field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of clients.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45WPM while maintaining a conversation with a client.
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and balance in-person client interactions.
  • Close attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently within a larger team dynamic.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
