Job Description

We are a wealth management firm, seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will support our advisors, clients, and continued growth, ensuring smooth firm-wide operations centered on client service.

You will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining ongoing client support, answering general inquiries, handling various client matters, researching, and resolving client service issues, and preparing required documents. This role requires an administrative pro who is organized, able to work independently, and thoroughly enjoys being part of a team.

Essential Duties:

  • Establishing, building, and maintaining client relationships according to client service matrix and segmentation standards
  • Collaborating in a team environment to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and problem resolution related to their accounts and operational needs

Team Support:

  • Maintaining team pipeline - tracking, reporting, growing
  • Maintaining team calendar
  • Managing team use of client service matrix

Advisor Support:

  • Assisting advisor in all aspects of the client service experience
  • Providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Functioning as point of contact for clients if Advisor is out of the office

Financial Planning Support:

  • Report running - Income Solver, retirement projections, college funding projections, etc.
  • Engaging and supporting clients through the data collection process
  • Analyzing and researching information for plan development

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
