- Enfocarse en el bienestar del paciente y la prevención de enfermedades.
- Ofrecer servicios de educación en salud y/o asesorar a los pacientes sobre cómo tomar decisiones saludables en su estilo de vida.
- Gestión de Riesgos: comprender los métodos y razonamientos para reportar incidentes, completar formularios de informes de incidentes hospitalarios, ayudar al gerente del departamento u otros en el reconocimiento y reducción de riesgos dentro del departamento y otras áreas del hospital.
- Comprender y cumplir con las responsabilidades del Entorno de Cuidado/Control de Infecciones.
- Tener conocimiento y cumplir con las Actividades e Expectativas Institucionales del Estado.
- Proporcionar atención directa a los pacientes en la clínica ambulatoria.
- Asistir a los médicos en la coordinación de actividades clínicas y órdenes.
- Contar con licencia como Enfermero/a Registrado/a Avanzado/a en el estado de Kentucky.
- Certificación válida de Soporte Vital Básico (BLS) de la Asociación Americana del Corazón (AHA).
- MSN (Maestría en Ciencias de la Enfermería).
- Más de un año de experiencia.
