Child and Adolescent Focused Psychologist

About the Role:
As a Psychologist with Allina Health, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care to our communities. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Unity Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, where you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide outpatient psychotherapy services to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning.
- Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.
Requirements:
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling.
- 2+ years of patient treatment experience in a clinical setting.
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days.
- Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days.
