Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Golf Sales Professional to join our team. As a Golf Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting golf equipment and apparel, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and provide support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and trends in the golf industry.
- Merchandising and Presentation
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and presentation standards in the store.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked.
- Sales and Promotion
- Meet or exceed sales targets and promote golf equipment and apparel to customers.
- Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other teammates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
