Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of waste management equipment, including rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks. You will provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services to customers on designated routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate assigned vehicles in residential or commercial environments.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles in accordance with company safety standards and state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain the appearance of trucks in accordance with company standards.

You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met, while also contributing positively to your surrounding communities on behalf of Casella Waste Systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid Class A or B CDL License.
  • The ability to legally work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
